Additional Information

The 2024 eChemExpo Conference will span a bit more one than one and a half days. We expect to have about 10 tracks spanning two days: Four (or possibly five) seminar tracks on the pre-Expo day, Wednesday April 17 and a six (or possibly five)track conference on Thursday, April 18 concurrent with the exposition. Most seminars are presented by exhibiting companies.

These should be highly relevant presentations on how applied innovations of exhibiting companies address the theme “ ACCELERATE ADVANCEMENTS in SAFETY, SUSTAINABILITY & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE“.

We expect the 2024 conference to be similar to what we had in 2022 where there were over 80 PDH accredited seminars and two, hour long, PDH accredited feature panels. Similar to 2022 it is expected that the EXPO day (Thursday) will incorporate two long conference breaks, one hour in the morning and a second 45 minute break in the afternoon, to provide more “EXPO-only” time on Thursday.

In 2022 the pre-Expo day seminars exceeded expectations in terms of attendance. As such both days are considered equal opportunities for seminar presenters.

Platinum Sponsors present three seminars each; Gold Sponsors present two seminars each; Silver Sponsors present one seminar each; and then there is a pool of other available seminar spots for additional seminar proposals. Unless you are a Platinum, Gold or Silver Sponsor, acceptance of your abstract will be delayed until a major part of the Conference Program has been finalized.
