eChemExpo Featured Panels: Submission and Selection Guide
Join us at eChemExpo for a dynamic showcase of expertise and innovation through our Featured Panels. We’re excited to present five panels over two days, including three Day 1 Feature Panel Previews and two on Day 2. This guide provides all the details you need to submit your proposals and understand the panel format, selection process, and key dates.
How to Submit Your Proposal:
- Use the Form: Complete the form on this page for each panel you’re proposing.
- Multiple Entries Welcome: Feel free to propose more than one panel.
- Submission Deadlines:
- Early Advantage: Submit by February 14 for preliminary feedback.
- Final Cut-off: All proposals must be in by February 21.
Panel Details:
- Schedule: Three panels on Day 1, two on Day 2.
- Session Lengths:
- 25-minute sessions: Feature 3 panelists and a moderator. Each panelist gets 6 minutes, followed by a moderated Q&A.
- 55-minute sessions: Comprise 4 panelists and a moderator. Each panelist has 10 minutes, culminating in a moderated Q&A.
Selection Criteria:
- Merit-Based Evaluation: We prioritize the relevance and distinction of both the panelist and the submitted abstract.
- Sponsorship Consideration: While Platinum and Gold Sponsors receive early notification, Silver Sponsors and other participants are also encouraged to apply, ensuring a rich and varied panel.
Important Milestones:
- January 31: Early notification of “Call for Panelists.”
- February 14: Initial review of proposals and provision of feedback.
- February 21: Deadline for all panel proposals, including abstracts and brief speaker bios.
