What you need to know to stay safe
It has come to our attention that scammers are targeting our meeting attendees and exhibitors, attempting to sell attendee lists. eChemExpo NEVER rents or sells email lists to third parties. These emails are sent by scammers impersonating eChemExpo.
Please be aware of any message coming from sources not affiliated with eChemExpo. Avoid interaction with them. These are fraudulent attempts and misrepresentations.
Valid emails only come from @eChemExpo.com or Planning Team members who are mostly from Eastman Chemical Company (@eastman.com).
The only attendee lists we make available are seminar attendee lists which are made available on a complimentary basis to specific seminar presenters after the event. These are automatically sent to Gold and Silver sponsors for their seminar(s) and available to other seminar presenters, for their seminar only, on request.
Statements claiming to offer our attendee lists are fraudulent. If you receive emails that propose to sell eChemExpo attendee lists, do not engage with the sender and delete the message immediately.
